[00:00:07] Speaker A: Hey, everybody. Trick and Rob with the Nomad Pastor podcast. [00:00:09] Speaker B: How you doing? [00:00:10] Speaker C: Good. [00:00:10] Speaker A: How are you? [00:00:11] Speaker C: Good. [00:00:11] Speaker B: We have a very special guest with us today. [00:00:13] Speaker A: It's a special episode. [00:00:14] Speaker B: It is. [00:00:15] Speaker C: Yeah. [00:00:16] Speaker B: Yeah. [00:00:16] Speaker A: So today we're here with our brother, Little Wolf. How you doing, man? [00:00:19] Speaker C: I'm doing good. [00:00:21] Speaker A: So we talked. September, was it. [00:00:24] Speaker B: Yeah. [00:00:25] Speaker A: You were in town for the Yeshua's army run. [00:00:27] Speaker C: Right. [00:00:28] Speaker A: And we said, hey, we wanted to sit down again and hear your story and your testimony and kind of talk through that stuff. So this is a special episode for us. [00:00:36] Speaker B: Maybe two episodes, maybe. [00:00:38] Speaker A: We'll see how long it takes. [00:00:39] Speaker B: We'll see. [00:00:40] Speaker C: We'll see. [00:00:41] Speaker B: But it's good to see you, brother. [00:00:42] Speaker C: Hey, it's good to see you guys, man. [00:00:44] Speaker A: Yeah, I made it to the studio even. [00:00:46] Speaker B: Hey, that's cool. In a new configuration. [00:00:49] Speaker A: In a new configuration, which is probably how it's going to stay. [00:00:52] Speaker B: I like it. [00:00:52] Speaker C: I like this. This looks good. Yeah. [00:00:55] Speaker A: I appreciate it. [00:00:56] Speaker B: It's nice. It's good. You know, we spend a lot of time up here and. And the old way that we had it or that Rick had it, we'll say that was good. But I like this a lot. [00:01:09] Speaker A: Yeah, it's a lot better. [00:01:10] Speaker B: Yeah. Plus, if we do this again with another special guest, we can. [00:01:14] Speaker C: Absolutely. [00:01:15] Speaker A: Yeah, yeah. It'll work it out real easy. [00:01:17] Speaker B: So. [00:01:18] Speaker C: So let's. [00:01:19] Speaker B: Let's dive right in. Let's get in. So our. Our. Our premise today is just to hear your story. So what we want. And Rick and I have heard it before, but we want listeners to hear it. We want to hear what the power of God can do. And we want to, you know, we want to give him all the praise for it. But, you know, we just want to start with, you know, just start off and just start talking about, you know, where kind of where you came from, you know, as much as you can share. And then, you know, we may ask some questions along the way, too. [00:01:55] Speaker C: Just. [00:01:56] Speaker B: Just. But it's. We really just want to hear. We just want to hear you tell us your story. [00:02:02] Speaker C: All right. I guess I need to start when I was a kid, then. [00:02:05] Speaker A: Yeah, yeah, absolutely. [00:02:06] Speaker B: I was born poor, white. [00:02:10] Speaker A: My hair wasn't gray. I wasn't bald, and I was. [00:02:14] Speaker C: I wasn't hatched from underneath a boulder or something, but some people think I was. [00:02:22] Speaker B: So let me ask you this. Is it true? Is it true that you know the recipe for dirt? You're that old? [00:02:30] Speaker C: Yeah. [00:02:30] Speaker B: Okay. I just want to clarify. You and Moses were first cousins or second cousins? [00:02:39] Speaker C: Second cousin. There you go. [00:02:43] Speaker B: I'm just playing, brother. Go ahead, Go ahead. [00:02:46] Speaker C: All right. Well, I'm. I was born Santa Cruz, California. [00:02:52] Speaker B: Okay. [00:02:53] Speaker C: And raised there in San Jose and then up in the Los Gatos Mountains there. And I, I started my life of crime. [00:03:16] Speaker B: Yeah. [00:03:17] Speaker C: In high school. You know, I, I, well, let's. Let's put it this way. One of my times coming back from Santa Cruz, when I was a kid, I happened to see a pack of motorcycles coming up over the highway, and it turned out to be Hell's Angels. Yeah. I said, I seen how uniform they were. [00:03:53] Speaker B: Yeah. Disciplined and everything. [00:03:54] Speaker C: Yeah. I says, man, that's pretty cool. [00:03:59] Speaker B: Were you already riding then? [00:04:01] Speaker C: I. I had a. An old. It was a 750 Honda. [00:04:09] Speaker B: Oh, yeah. [00:04:10] Speaker C: And, yeah, So I was. I was riding, but it wasn't, you know, I didn't. [00:04:14] Speaker B: Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. [00:04:18] Speaker A: You're just having fun. [00:04:19] Speaker C: All right. And so when I seen that, I said, yeah, I know where I want to go. [00:04:26] Speaker B: Yeah. [00:04:28] Speaker C: And so I got in with a. You know, when I was growing up, it was in. Around the hippies, you know, and there was a few bikers at, at high school, so I started hanging with them. [00:04:45] Speaker B: Yeah. [00:04:46] Speaker C: And one of them that I got to know was supplying me with pot, you know, and so I was. At that time, I was living up in. Up in the mountain part, and this old country store was up there, and I happened to figure out a way to get in there at nighttime. [00:05:29] Speaker A: It's amazing how we do that. [00:05:31] Speaker C: Yeah. Kids messing around. Right, right, right, right. [00:05:35] Speaker B: Curiosity. [00:05:36] Speaker A: There's a window. [00:05:37] Speaker B: Yeah, yeah. [00:05:39] Speaker C: Well, this was. He had a sliding door. Right. And all I had to do was. [00:05:46] Speaker B: Oh, yeah, yeah. [00:05:49] Speaker C: And I squeezed right up in there. Right. Yeah. And they never knew I was in the store. [00:05:54] Speaker B: Wow. [00:05:55] Speaker C: So I figured, well, I needed to make some money, so I was taking orders from people that, you know, wanted to get high and then wanted, like, beer and wine. [00:06:16] Speaker B: Yeah. So you were the concierge. Yeah, that's what it was. [00:06:23] Speaker C: So that was how I got started in my little life of crime. [00:06:26] Speaker B: Yeah. Wow. [00:06:29] Speaker C: And I ended up doing pretty good with the thing because, like I said, they never knew I was in there. [00:06:41] Speaker A: Right. [00:06:41] Speaker B: Pretty good hustle, huh? [00:06:42] Speaker C: And I only took what I needed to take at the time. [00:06:45] Speaker B: Yeah. [00:06:46] Speaker C: Yeah. I didn't take a whole bunch to make it. Really. [00:06:49] Speaker B: Yeah. [00:06:51] Speaker C: And then I, I. I introduced my guy that was supplying me with pot. I introduced him to how I was doing this, you know. Well, one day he, He. He got high on acid and found the Lord. [00:07:16] Speaker B: Oh, here we go. [00:07:19] Speaker C: So I. I didn't know anything about that. And I come to school with. Had my. [00:07:28] Speaker B: Wares. [00:07:29] Speaker C: Yeah. Had my stuff that I was supposed to deliver that day. [00:07:32] Speaker B: Yeah. [00:07:33] Speaker C: I put it in my locker, and he'd given me my, you know, my pot that I needed. Well, I get there in school, and the next thing I know, I'm being called into the dean's office. [00:07:50] Speaker B: Oh. [00:07:51] Speaker C: And you know, hey, wait a minute, man. What are you. [00:07:54] Speaker B: What's going on here? Yeah, yeah. [00:07:57] Speaker C: So I'm walking down the aisle to the dean's office, and I seen a friend of mine. And I said, hey, here, hold on to this for me for a minute. I gotta go down here to the dean's office. As I passed off my pot to him, Right. Get into dean's office and walk in the door, and here's a couple of cops. [00:08:25] Speaker B: Oh. Oh, this ain't gonna be good. Yeah. [00:08:30] Speaker C: And then I look on the dean's desk and there's my. All your stash from the lock. Yeah. And I said, oh. And then the next thing I know, they're. They're bringing in this guy that I passed the pot off to. [00:08:51] Speaker B: Oh. [00:08:53] Speaker C: And I said, oh, wait a minute, man. He didn't know what I gave him. [00:08:58] Speaker B: Yeah. [00:08:59] Speaker C: Yeah. Is that my stuff? You know, I wasn't gonna let him go down for my. Right. Stuff. [00:09:04] Speaker B: Yeah. So this was the first time that you got in trouble? Yeah, yeah. [00:09:09] Speaker C: And so they take me off to juvenile hall and get in there and go in front of the judge and all that stuff. They. The judge, he says, oh, he wanted to make an example of it. [00:09:41] Speaker A: Love it when it's your turn, that be the example. [00:09:44] Speaker C: Oh, yeah. [00:09:45] Speaker B: Yeah. [00:09:46] Speaker C: So he. He gave me a year in California Youth Authority. [00:09:52] Speaker B: Oh, boy. [00:09:54] Speaker C: And so I did my year, got out, and I was, you know, like I said, it was around the hippie time. So I went. I saw, you know, after doing that year, I mean, I was ready to go party. [00:10:12] Speaker B: Yeah, yeah, yeah. You've been out of the scene for a while. Yeah, yeah. [00:10:16] Speaker C: So I went to one of these concerts, and I'm trying to think of the. It's the one where they play time. I forget the name of the group, but I was there and I was walking around, seeing people and getting back after it. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Testing the wine. [00:10:43] Speaker B: Yeah, yeah. [00:10:45] Speaker C: Well, you know, back then, you never knew what was in the water, right? Yeah. Bugs of wine. Right. Well, apparently there was some acid in there. [00:10:56] Speaker B: Oh, man. [00:10:58] Speaker C: Yeah. I was getting high, right? Oh, yeah. I was so high that I Started, you know, getting a little sick, you know. So I said, well, I gotta go to the bathroom. And I walk up, I seen this friend of mine. I was so high that I didn't realize he was handcuffed to a cop. [00:11:23] Speaker A: Oh. [00:11:28] Speaker C: I said, man, I'm wasted, man. Yeah, I went off in the bathroom, right? Well, I'm in there just puking, you know, because. [00:11:39] Speaker B: Yeah, right. Yeah. [00:11:40] Speaker C: Of all the stuff in my stomach. And, man, that ass was really hitting good because I started seeing colors coming out. [00:11:50] Speaker B: Hey, is that all right? [00:11:54] Speaker C: And then I heard this pounding on the. My stall, right? And I looked down, and I see this face looking at me, so I kicked it. Well, that was the wrong thing to do because that was a cop. Next thing I know, that stalls being broke through and I'm being dragged off. And here we go again. Here we go again. [00:12:23] Speaker B: Yeah. [00:12:24] Speaker C: And. Yeah, I'm going, shit. Yeah, I just got out. [00:12:30] Speaker A: Yeah, right, right, right. I had very little fun for the time I spent. [00:12:35] Speaker B: Exactly. So how long were you out? Probably week. [00:12:39] Speaker C: About a week. Yeah. And. Well, I ended up in front of the same judge. [00:12:48] Speaker B: Oh, no. [00:12:49] Speaker C: He goes, well, boy, you ain't learned nothing, have you? I said, well, I guess not. And he said, well, I'll tell you what I want to do. You either get yourself in the service or you can go back to juvenile hall. Well, I didn't want to go back to juvenile hall, so I got myself into the army and ended up going to basic there out in California. And then, you know, it was right around time for Vietnam, so I ended up going over to Vietnam, spent a year over there, got back, and they stationed me at Fort Hood, Texas. Well, anybody. If you ever been to Fort Hood, Texas, it's the hell hole. [00:13:49] Speaker B: Yeah, I've heard that. I've heard that. [00:13:52] Speaker C: And they put me in a damn tank. And it's summertime, right, in Fort Hood. Yeah, in Fort Hood, yeah. And out in the field every day. Right. Man, I'm just getting back from Nam. I don't need this crap, you know? [00:14:13] Speaker B: Yeah, yeah. [00:14:14] Speaker C: I said, hey, look, you guys trained me for this. All this stuff. I says, put me somewhere where I can be useful. Not in this damn tank, out here in the ground. Out in the field, you know? [00:14:29] Speaker B: Yeah. No, was there. Was that like Sherman's or Abrams then? [00:14:33] Speaker C: It was Abrams. [00:14:34] Speaker B: Abrams, yeah. [00:14:37] Speaker C: And so they. They don't listen to you. [00:14:43] Speaker B: Yeah, yeah, they don't. They don't like the request. [00:14:46] Speaker A: You don't get requests. [00:14:47] Speaker B: Yeah. [00:14:47] Speaker A: I was gonna say, this is. It's not. It's not a request thing, right. [00:14:52] Speaker C: So I. I just got tired of it. And one of the guys I knew from out there in San Jose happened to get a hold of me and he was up in Oklahoma City size. Started, ended up going up there to Oklahoma City and partying with him. And he was hanging around with. Well, he. He was a member of Knight Riders out in California. And when he moved to Oklahoma, he was trying to get Knight Rider started out there. So I started partying with him and, you know, and all this. And when I got out, finally got out of the, you know, got enough of the stuff down there and Fort Hood, I just told the army, hey, yeah, I live all right. I moved up to Oklahoma and started with him with the Knight Riders. We ended up partying with another club out of Oklahoma City, and that was the Rogues. And so we started seeing how the Rogues were and. And he said, well, man, there's no use trying to get us. Trying to get something started when we could already go and do another. [00:16:48] Speaker B: Yeah. Something already established. Yeah. Yeah. [00:16:51] Speaker C: So we dropped the Knight Riders and went rogue. And so it was. It was great. [00:17:05] Speaker B: Yeah. [00:17:06] Speaker C: So that was what I was wanting, you know. [00:17:08] Speaker A: Yeah. [00:17:09] Speaker B: So now, now then you've got. Once you get in with the Rogues with this. With this club, now then you're seeing how the brotherhood works and, and how the, the. Not just the partying, but, you know, the lifestyle works. Yeah. Yeah. [00:17:31] Speaker C: And so. And, you know, since I. I just moved up there, I had to have a job, right. So I started working for Coca Cola. [00:17:46] Speaker B: Oh, really? [00:17:47] Speaker C: Yeah. [00:17:47] Speaker B: I didn't know that. You're a Coke man. I didn't know that. [00:17:51] Speaker C: And so I was, you know, working Coca Cola and all this. And when. And I was also. This was. I was at the Coke plant there in Oklahoma City, but I was living in Shawnee, which was about 30, 35, 40 miles away, right. So every day I'd drive back and forth, and one day I was driving home, I ended up hitting a deer. Gave my car in. Yeah. [00:18:32] Speaker B: Yeah. [00:18:34] Speaker C: So I got it towed home and ended up going back. Go out and I start. Went back to work at the Coke plant. And one day I'm there working on the line and I see this guy in a suit, right? And going. He comes up to me and he goes, you know where John Kellop works? I says, yeah, man, he's down here at the other end of the line. When he, when he went that way, I went, hit the other one. [00:19:28] Speaker B: Yeah. [00:19:29] Speaker C: Because anybody with a suit on there's something wrong? [00:19:32] Speaker B: Yeah, something's not right. [00:19:34] Speaker C: Yeah. So I took off and I'm thinking, well. [00:19:45] Speaker B: Somebody'S after me. Somebody. [00:19:47] Speaker C: Yeah, somebody's after me or something. [00:19:48] Speaker B: Right, right. [00:19:50] Speaker C: I found out later on he was just coming to ask me about the. [00:19:57] Speaker B: Accident. [00:19:58] Speaker C: The accident, But I didn't know that. [00:20:04] Speaker A: Yeah, well, history up to that point had proven that you did not want to see that suit. [00:20:09] Speaker C: Right? [00:20:09] Speaker B: Yeah. [00:20:09] Speaker C: Right. [00:20:10] Speaker A: I mean, everything about don't trust nobody in the suit. [00:20:13] Speaker B: Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. [00:20:16] Speaker C: Well, me being a youngster and all this, you know, I said, well, man, I gotta. I gotta get back to work. So I call up my boss and I said, hey, is it all right if I may come back in to work? He says, yeah, fine, man. And so I go back into work like a dummy. [00:20:46] Speaker B: And the suit guys waiting on you? [00:20:48] Speaker C: Oh, this time there was a bunch of suit guys. Oh, no, they had everything covered. Yeah, I wasn't getting out this time. [00:20:57] Speaker B: Oh, no. [00:20:59] Speaker C: And, well, what they did was since I took off, well, they started doing a little checking on me and found out I was AWOL from the army and. [00:21:11] Speaker B: Oh, no. [00:21:12] Speaker A: Yeah. [00:21:13] Speaker B: And so. So now. Now you're in a bigger. Bigger pot, right? [00:21:17] Speaker C: Yeah. If I just stayed there and talked to him, I probably did. Yeah. But you. That's second or hindsight, you know? [00:21:25] Speaker B: Yeah, yeah. [00:21:26] Speaker C: So I get. They take me down. Put me down in. What is it? Fordo? Yeah. No, what's that fort down there in Oklahoma? [00:21:43] Speaker B: What is that? [00:21:44] Speaker C: Fort Lawton. [00:21:46] Speaker B: I can't. I can't remember what it is. [00:21:47] Speaker C: I can't remember. [00:21:48] Speaker B: Oglethorpe is the only thing that's coming to my mind right now. But that's not right. [00:21:51] Speaker C: No, but they put me there and ended up giving me a undesirable discharge. And so I went back to. I ended up going back to Coke. [00:22:12] Speaker B: That's funny. [00:22:15] Speaker C: And worked for there for a while, and we started. You know, over the years, I was. Started traveling around a little more. We've partied with Scorpions and went down in Dallas and then up to Michigan with them. Well, one of the trips up to Michigan, we stopped in and met some of the outlaws there in Dayton, Ohio. [00:22:50] Speaker B: Mm. [00:22:51] Speaker C: And that was Hambone, Sampson and them, right? [00:22:57] Speaker B: Yeah. [00:22:58] Speaker C: And so we. I ended up partying with them, and I'm going, man, these guys are pretty neat. You know? So we went up and on the way back from the Scorpions run, Pork Chop and I. I'm on my pan head and he's on his. And we come back and my. My motorcycle started Giving me trouble. So instead of waiting for somebody to come get us and all that, we had a rope. I tied the rope around my handlebar and. Pork Chop. [00:23:59] Speaker B: Pork Chop was pulling you? [00:24:01] Speaker C: Yeah, he pulled me all the way into Detroit. [00:24:03] Speaker B: Great day. From Dayton? [00:24:06] Speaker C: No, from up above. [00:24:10] Speaker A: Up above, like the Upper Peninsula? [00:24:14] Speaker C: Yeah. [00:24:15] Speaker B: Wow. [00:24:16] Speaker C: And so I get there and one of the. One of the Scorpion guys has a. A shop, right. And he said, man, go ahead and leave your. Your bike here and we'll. We'll get it fixed, you know, get. [00:24:35] Speaker B: You back on the road. Yeah, yeah. [00:24:38] Speaker C: So the. At that time, I had a Nomad chapter of the Rogues, and we were. We were having a meeting, and so I. We had to get back to Oklahoma. Well, the only transportation we had was Pork Chop Spike, Right? Yeah. So I'm going, oh, man, you. [00:25:09] Speaker B: You didn't ride the buddy seat all the way back? [00:25:11] Speaker C: Yeah. [00:25:14] Speaker B: All the way back to Oklahoma. [00:25:15] Speaker A: All the way back. [00:25:16] Speaker C: But that's all right. I had a bike waiting on me when I got to Oklahoma. [00:25:20] Speaker B: When you got back to Oklahoma? Yeah. [00:25:23] Speaker C: So I made my meeting and all that, and we called up the Scorpions up there and said, hey, how's it. How's it going on my bike? And he says, well, by the time you get back up here, we'll have it ready. All right. So I kept contemplating, well, am I going to take a bus up there? Pork Chop says, man, you already been on the back of mine. Come on. So you rode back? Oh, we rode back. [00:26:01] Speaker A: Yeah. [00:26:02] Speaker B: That's awesome. [00:26:03] Speaker A: That's dedication right there. [00:26:04] Speaker C: That is awesome. Well, give this. We stopped in. In Dayton, Right. That was a dumb thing to do. Would pull up in the Outlaws clubhouse and I'm on the back. [00:26:17] Speaker B: On the back of a bike in the outlaw's house. [00:26:22] Speaker C: You know, So I got a little bit of harassment on that. [00:26:25] Speaker A: At that point, you have to think about either you have a really big set. [00:26:31] Speaker B: Yeah. [00:26:32] Speaker A: Or you're never gonna make it. [00:26:37] Speaker B: Yeah. [00:26:38] Speaker A: Right? [00:26:38] Speaker B: Yeah. [00:26:38] Speaker A: I mean, that's the nice. That's the nicest way I could say it for the podcast. Right. [00:26:42] Speaker B: Yeah. [00:26:42] Speaker A: You got a really big set, this. [00:26:44] Speaker B: Family friendly Christian podcast. [00:26:47] Speaker C: So. But, you know, Hambone and Samson, they were good guys, man. [00:26:54] Speaker B: Yeah. [00:26:55] Speaker C: They ever asked me. But, you know, they understood what was going on, Right. They said, well, hey, when you on your way back, stop in and we want to see your bike again, you know? [00:27:08] Speaker B: Yeah. [00:27:09] Speaker C: So I said, all right. We get up there to Detroit. And I said, well, where's my bike? Well, we ran into some problems. We didn't have these parts. And I said, man, all you had to do was tell me you needed what part? Some parts, man. I could have brought them up. I had them down there in Oklahoma, right? And then I remembered, well, Samson showed me a. A panhead he had up there in his bedroom. So I called up Samson and I said, hey, man, we got up here and my bike's not ready. I says, do you happen to have some panhead parts? And I told him what I needed and all that. And he says, yeah. He says, I'll tell you what, we're having a national up here in Indiana. Yeah, Indianapolis. And you tell them guys to load your bike up, bring it down to the national, and I'll bring my truck. [00:28:25] Speaker B: Over and we'll fix it up. [00:28:27] Speaker C: We'll put you up and bring you back over here. So that's what we did. So I'm walking around at this national, right? I got my rogue patch on, and Pork Chops got his on. And I walked by this guy, and I didn't know who he was, you know. Well, he turned out he was a national boss. [00:28:54] Speaker B: Oh, boy. [00:28:55] Speaker C: Oh, Stairway Harry, you know. [00:28:57] Speaker B: Yeah. [00:28:58] Speaker C: And he seen my rogue patch, and he goes, hey, come here. He says, where did you get that patch? I says, from Oklahoma. And he says. He turned to his enforcer, Big Red, and he said, show him your tattoo. And he rolled up his sleeve and he had a tattoo of Rogue Patch. [00:29:27] Speaker B: Oh, really? [00:29:28] Speaker C: Wow. And he says, man, we were. We were all rogues from Chicago, and we. We retired that patch and all went outlaw. I said, well, it's not retired. It's going strong down there in Oklahoma. [00:29:45] Speaker B: Yeah. [00:29:46] Speaker C: I found out what it was. Well, he said, well, how'd it get there? And I said, well, a guy named Thumper came from Chicago and brought the patch down. He says, oh, that's where he ended up. We've been looking for him. So. But him and I got, you know, Stairway Harry and I got talking and we. I got. Got the history of how the rogues got started and found out that they all went outlaw. And that got me thinking. And I said, well, hey, you got anything west of the Mississippi? And he says, no, I said. I said, I got a Nomad chapter, and how'd you like to have the first chapter west of the Mississippi? [00:30:51] Speaker B: Wow. [00:30:51] Speaker C: He says, let me do some thinking on it. So, you know, the only reason I was doing that was because, you know, I seen how tight the outlaws were, right? They were right. They were more what I wanted, right? [00:31:14] Speaker B: Yeah. [00:31:14] Speaker A: A lot of structure, Right. [00:31:16] Speaker C: And Plus, I remembered, you know, seeing the angels out there, and I said, well, These guys are 1 percenters, you know? [00:31:23] Speaker B: Yeah, yeah, yeah. [00:31:26] Speaker C: And so we. We got started partying with Hambone and Samson and them. Oh, let me. I better get back to. After we left there, we went back, got my motorcycle fixed, Sampson, Hambone, and we got talking with them and all this, and Hambone and Sampson said, man, that'd be great, man. We could get a chapter out there. [00:31:57] Speaker B: Yeah. [00:31:57] Speaker C: And so he more or less took me under his. Hambone took me under his wing. So we're going to help you get it started. [00:32:07] Speaker B: Wow. [00:32:08] Speaker A: That's awesome. [00:32:09] Speaker C: Yeah. So I. I ended up the son of Hambone. [00:32:17] Speaker B: Wow. [00:32:19] Speaker C: That is. [00:32:19] Speaker B: I didn't know that. [00:32:21] Speaker C: Yeah. Yeah. He was my dad and Samson was our grandpa. [00:32:26] Speaker B: Yeah. Wow. [00:32:29] Speaker C: That's. [00:32:30] Speaker A: That's history there. [00:32:31] Speaker B: That is. That is. [00:32:33] Speaker C: So that's how Oklahoma got started. [00:32:39] Speaker B: So that was the first chapter west of the Mississippi. [00:32:43] Speaker C: Yeah, first chapter west of the Mississippi. [00:32:45] Speaker B: Wow. Wow, that's very cool. So you go back to Oklahoma and get the chapter started. [00:32:55] Speaker C: Yeah, I went. Well, I went back and talked to all my nomad brothers. [00:33:00] Speaker B: Mm. [00:33:01] Speaker C: And the reason we were nomads was because we, you know, the. The rogues there were more of a. Like a mom and pop thing. [00:33:14] Speaker B: Right. [00:33:15] Speaker C: And so all the. All my nomad guys were all the ones that were. [00:33:21] Speaker B: Yeah. That were dedicated to the life. [00:33:23] Speaker C: Right. It was our lifestyle. [00:33:25] Speaker B: Right. Right. [00:33:26] Speaker A: Yeah. [00:33:27] Speaker C: And so we like to travel and we like to doing everything. And so that. I talked to him and they said. Yeah, they were. They were ready to go for it. We ended up going down to Florida and meeting the outlaws down there in Jacksonville. Yeah. [00:33:50] Speaker B: Yeah. [00:33:51] Speaker C: And so they eventually had a meeting and ended up putting us as a perspective chapter out there. [00:34:03] Speaker B: That is cool. [00:34:08] Speaker C: Well, naturally, as soon as we started with the perspective chaffer and all that, we got on the radar. That's. [00:34:22] Speaker A: That's when the fun starts. Right. [00:34:23] Speaker B: Yeah, that's. That's. [00:34:24] Speaker C: Yeah, that's when the fed started. Really? [00:34:26] Speaker A: Yeah. [00:34:27] Speaker B: Yeah. [00:34:29] Speaker C: So about. About two years, we're. You know, we finally got. We finally got our. After a year of being a prospective chapter, we ended up getting our patch in here in Nashville and. [00:34:51] Speaker B: Oh, that's cool. [00:34:52] Speaker C: Yeah. And it was. It was that. I don't know, you probably heard of this one where they had the Halloween party and there. There was another club that let us use their clubhouse for. To host the. [00:35:14] Speaker B: I haven't heard this yet and heard that yet. [00:35:17] Speaker C: Well, we ended up having our National Pumpkin Party there and it got kind of wild. [00:35:33] Speaker B: I can't imagine the pumpkin party getting wild. [00:35:36] Speaker C: And some of the. Some of the guys got high on acid and stuff, and we ended up just. You know how a wild party gets. Yeah, yeah. [00:35:56] Speaker A: Basically. [00:35:56] Speaker C: Well, we got ourselves. Well, yeah, almost. [00:36:00] Speaker A: That's why I said basically. Right? [00:36:02] Speaker B: Yeah. [00:36:02] Speaker C: Yeah. So at that time, we had a new national boss. That was Taco. Yeah, right. [00:36:17] Speaker B: Yeah, Taco. [00:36:19] Speaker C: Well, next morning, we all of us got called to line up, and Taco come around and said, what did you guys do last night? Well, he went around. He was all black eyes, and then handed us our pet. [00:36:53] Speaker B: That's hilarious. That's funny. [00:36:56] Speaker A: I'm gonna pop you. [00:36:57] Speaker C: And then. [00:36:57] Speaker A: Here you go. [00:36:58] Speaker B: Yeah. Welcome to the family. [00:37:00] Speaker C: Yeah. Welcome to the family. [00:37:02] Speaker B: Yeah. [00:37:05] Speaker C: All right. So it was. We got our patches that year at the same time as Toledo got their patch. [00:37:17] Speaker A: Okay. [00:37:18] Speaker B: Okay. [00:37:18] Speaker C: So. [00:37:19] Speaker B: Okay. [00:37:21] Speaker C: So we were. We were doing good and having fun. After we got our patches, we left and I said, look, we're gonna take some time off and go travel and see all the chapters. So we went up to Mo Lake and had a good time up there, and then we traveled, got Hambone and a few others to come with us, and we went around hitting all the chapters around, you know. [00:38:06] Speaker B: Now, how many. And. And if you can't answer this, I get it. How many chapters were there at that time? Do you remember? [00:38:15] Speaker C: No, I can't really remember how many, but it was. It wasn't that. It wasn't that big at that time. [00:38:22] Speaker A: Yeah. [00:38:22] Speaker B: Yeah. [00:38:23] Speaker C: This is. You're talking back. Back in. This was 79. [00:38:30] Speaker B: 79. Yeah. [00:38:31] Speaker C: 78 was when we got our perspective. [00:38:34] Speaker B: Right. [00:38:34] Speaker C: In 79, we got our patch. [00:38:36] Speaker B: Now, Nashville was already an established house. [00:38:38] Speaker C: Yeah. [00:38:39] Speaker B: But it wasn't in that location. [00:38:43] Speaker C: No. Okay. [00:38:44] Speaker B: Okay. [00:38:48] Speaker C: Well, what it was was the. The house that they had was too small for a national, so that's why. [00:39:01] Speaker B: They ended up at the other house. Yeah, yeah. [00:39:05] Speaker C: And. But there. There was. I say back then, there was maybe 20, 22 or something, like chat chapter. Really? [00:39:29] Speaker A: So you were going to spend some time on the road. [00:39:31] Speaker C: Yeah. [00:39:31] Speaker A: Having a good time. [00:39:32] Speaker C: Right. And so we. We ended up having a good time, got back, and they started getting things together there in Oklahoma. Well, some of the brothers from Florida come up, were, you know, partying with some of our brothers, and at that time, they were making deals. You know, I didn't think anything about it, you know, because, you know, well, one of the brothers brought up some stuff to party with, and two of the brother. Two of my brothers. Ended up helping him get rid of his stash, and they ended up having to cut it because, yeah, you know, they'd done too much. Yeah. [00:40:50] Speaker A: Yeah. [00:40:51] Speaker C: Well, one of the, one of the old ladies got pissed off about Earl man, going to partying all the time, right. And ended up getting. Calling the cops and. [00:41:12] Speaker B: Oh, no. Yeah. [00:41:14] Speaker C: Yeah. So then we got, so we got raided and they took, ended up taking the stash and all that. And so that was when the Fed started looking in on us and all this. We ended up got our first rico charge in 1984. And since I was the, the boss of the chapter, I ended up getting doing. Getting 20 years for RICO and 20. [00:41:50] Speaker B: Years for conspiracy to RICO consecutively or joined. [00:41:55] Speaker C: Joined. [00:41:56] Speaker B: Joined. [00:41:58] Speaker C: And, and since they, you know, they always want to make an example. [00:42:05] Speaker A: Of course. [00:42:05] Speaker B: Yeah. [00:42:06] Speaker C: Yeah, I was the boss. So I was the only one that ended up going to USP Leavenworth. Rest of them ended up going to SCIS. And so I did on that 20. I did 11 years in USP level. Well, I did 10 years in USP 11 where. And then they, they opened up that new compound there in Colorado, Florence, and I ended up getting shipped out there to the USP there in Florence. Did a year there or no, wait a minute. They moved me from Leavenworth down to Atlanta after all the Cubans had that riot down there. [00:43:09] Speaker B: Yeah. [00:43:09] Speaker C: Yeah. And so I did a, I did almost a year there in Atlanta, and then they moved or no, they, I did six months and then they moved me to Colorado. Colorado. Did a year there. And they said, well, where do you want to, you know, you're almost ready to get out. Where you want to go to? I said, well, put me in El Reno. Yeah, yeah. So they called me out to put me on the plane and they put me on the bus, take me all the way out to the airport, call all the guys off bus me back in and dumped me off at FCI across the street from the usp. I said, well, you son of a. Yeah, yeah. [00:44:19] Speaker B: Give a guy hope. [00:44:20] Speaker C: Yeah, yeah. So ended up getting out of there and then part, you know, went out and was doing all my stuff. I was out maybe about five years right now. [00:44:46] Speaker A: When you, when you, when you got out in Colorado, you're on federal paper in Colorado? [00:44:51] Speaker C: No, no, I, they, they, Since I got busted out of Oklahoma, they sent. [00:44:56] Speaker A: Okay, so you're, so your paper's still Oklahoma, right? [00:44:59] Speaker C: Okay, so I, I, I'm doing my favor there and Oklahoma and all, and I was partying and stuff over in Arkansas because we were thinking about starting a chapter over there. Yep. And I come back from Arkansas and I'm, I'm over at, I'm back in Oklahoma City and this guy comes up and says, hey, you know, there's this ex Hells angel coming to Oklahoma here and he's going to give his testimony. And I says, oh yeah, well, you know, I want to go down there and check this out. Yeah. So. Because I want to know why exiles angels coming into Oklahoma, Right? [00:46:13] Speaker A: Yeah, yeah, yeah, let's see if like what's going on. [00:46:16] Speaker C: Yeah. So I went up and they were at a, like a concert thing. And I walked up to him, I says, you must be Barry Mason, huh? And he says, yeah. And I says, well, I'm Little Wolf Outlaw here in Oklahoma. And I said, what's going on? You know? And he says, he says, look, I want to be giving my testimony here at this church tomorrow. He says, I'd like for you to come hear me. I said, all right. And so I went back to the clubhouse, I'm telling the guy, I said, hey, look, don't worry about this guy. He's just one of them Jesus freaks. [00:47:09] Speaker B: You know, he's one of those guys. [00:47:13] Speaker C: I'm gonna go listen to his testimony tomorrow. [00:47:17] Speaker B: Yeah. [00:47:18] Speaker C: So I'm partying all night and about 8:00 in the morning, right, I'm going, oh man, I gotta go to this church. I've been drinking and all that. Yeah, I smell. [00:47:33] Speaker A: Yeah. [00:47:35] Speaker C: I says, well, I guess I told him I'd be there, so I guess better go. So I pull up and thinking it was going to be just one of these small churches, right? This thing is a pull up, it's a block wide. [00:47:54] Speaker B: Oh my goodness, it's like a mega church. [00:47:56] Speaker C: It's a mega church. Yeah, yeah, right. You know, and I'm going, oh yeah, these people are really gonna. Right here I'm smelling like a brewery. [00:48:08] Speaker B: Yeah, yeah, yeah. [00:48:11] Speaker C: I walk in the door and here comes this little gray haired lady just running up to me and hugs me and says, come on, we're going to feed you. What? So they fed me like a continental breakfast thing and then they took me down to the sanctuary and they sat me next to this big guy named Tiny. Right. [00:48:43] Speaker A: Isn't it strange? The big guys names are always tiny. [00:48:46] Speaker B: Now is this the Tiny that I know? [00:48:47] Speaker C: Yeah. [00:48:48] Speaker B: Okay, okay, okay, yeah. [00:48:52] Speaker C: And I look at him, I said, oh, okay, you're, you're supposed to watch over me or something. [00:48:58] Speaker B: Yeah. [00:48:59] Speaker C: And he says, no, no, no, he says, I'm down here to listen to this. Test 22. [00:49:04] Speaker B: Oh, wow. [00:49:05] Speaker C: So we're talking and all this, and next thing I hear is a motorcycle firing up, right? And they open up the back doors and down comes this motorcycle down the aisle with the pasture on the back. And I said, wow, man, I must be in the right spot. [00:49:28] Speaker B: That's a cool spot. [00:49:29] Speaker C: Yeah, that's a cool place. [00:49:30] Speaker B: Yeah. Yeah. [00:49:32] Speaker C: So the pastor gets off and he says, yeah, I've never been on a bag of motorcycles before. [00:49:40] Speaker B: Do you raise your hand and go, I can tell you stories? [00:49:45] Speaker C: So I said, so I'm listening to. You know, he introduces Barry Mason and all this. And I'm listening to his testimony, and I'm going, man, that sounds a lot like my life, man. You know, And I started getting this little tug in the chest thing, you know? But it came time for. You know how they give an altar call. [00:50:17] Speaker A: Yeah, yeah. [00:50:18] Speaker C: Come forward. Well, it started getting a little harder on, you know. No, no, no, no, no, no, no. [00:50:27] Speaker B: Yeah. [00:50:29] Speaker C: I thought. So I didn't go down, you know. I said, I ain't. I ain't gonna let no Hell's Angels convert me. Yeah, right, right. [00:50:38] Speaker B: Yeah. Yeah. [00:50:41] Speaker C: So I went and told. I talked to Barry. I said, hey, look, man, you got a good testimony and all that. And I says, but I don't think it's right ready for me. I'm just not ready for it. Right. [00:50:51] Speaker B: It's not the time. Yeah. [00:50:53] Speaker C: And he says, that's all right. I just glad you came down and said, here, you know. I said, yeah, you have a good one. And, you know, I left. And he. He left. Yeah. About. About a week later, I'm back in Arkansas, and I'm on my way back to Oklahoma City. And I went get off the freeway and went to hit my brakes. I didn't have no brakes. [00:51:30] Speaker B: Oh. [00:51:32] Speaker C: So I started downshifting and got into the second man. But I'm coming up on uncommon common coming traffic, you know, And I'm going, I gotta get this thing stopped. And so I started ed. I seen the curve. So I started edging that front wheel up against the curve. And I finally got it to slow enough down where I could put my feet down. Yeah. Stop it, you know, and pull around the corner. Well, across the street, there's a motel that had these banquet rooms where they could have meetings. You know, people. People have meetings and all that. [00:52:20] Speaker B: Yeah. [00:52:23] Speaker C: I wasn't thinking anything about it. And so I'm over there working on the bike. Well, over there at that motel, there was A.T.F. fBI? Oh, no, u. S. Marshals. [00:52:40] Speaker B: Oh, and you're already on the radar. [00:52:42] Speaker C: Yeah. And they were over there planning on how they were going to raid our clubhouse that next morning. [00:52:50] Speaker A: Oh, lord. [00:52:51] Speaker B: Oh my goodness. [00:52:52] Speaker C: So they seen me over there, I get here I am with my patch on, you know, working on the bike and all that, you know. Well, apparently they, they looked down on their list and they didn't have me on their list. So they went down that night, got a special warrant. They went and seen a judge and all that and got a special warrant. And, you know, like I said, I never even seen them over there. So I didn't even know anything about all this stuff I found out later. [00:53:29] Speaker B: Yeah. [00:53:30] Speaker C: And so I'm at home, you know, I hadn't let the brothers know that I'd gotten back yet, so I, I was, I was going to do that in the morning. Well, about 6:00 in the morning, I wake up to the sound of my front door being kicked in. You know, all my watchdogs that I had come running down the hallway and hid behind me. [00:54:00] Speaker A: Good boy. [00:54:03] Speaker C: You guys are really good. Didn't even let me know they were out there. And then when they throw the door in, here you come. [00:54:13] Speaker B: Yeah, yeah. [00:54:16] Speaker C: So I'm looking at them and then I look down at my shirt and I got all these little red dots all over me. And they say, freeze, get down. [00:54:34] Speaker A: Which one is it? [00:54:35] Speaker C: Which one you want me to do? Freeze or get down? Well, that was the wrong thing to say. They proceeded to show me what they wanted. [00:54:44] Speaker B: Yeah, yeah. In a prejudicial way. Yeah, right. Yeah, yeah, right. [00:54:50] Speaker C: So they tear. They ended up tearing up my house and didn't find anything the first time. And I'm in, I'm, you know, I'm handcuffing back in back of a squad car while they're in there tearing up my house. And one cop goes, well, we didn't find. The sergeant goes, he's an ally. He's got something in that house back in there. [00:55:19] Speaker A: Yeah. [00:55:21] Speaker C: Well, they ended up finding an old rusty shotgun up in the closet, and the thing didn't even work, but me. [00:55:31] Speaker A: But you're on paper. [00:55:32] Speaker B: Yeah, yeah. And that's what they got you on. [00:55:34] Speaker C: Yeah, yeah. So here I am off jail, I'm sitting in the holding tank, and the next thing I'm noticing, my brother's coming in, Right. What are you guys doing in here, man? They said, don't you. Didn't you hear? And I said, no. He said, they raided the clubhouse this morning. So they're all coming in, there's about 20 of us all together, right. And they didn't want to put us in general population, so they had a, A wing off that they put us in. And next thing I know, I'm. I'm getting woke up the next morning, sound of somebody preaching outside my jail cell. And I'm going, what is this? [00:56:30] Speaker B: Yeah. [00:56:31] Speaker C: You know, I look out there and here's CMA out there having a security. [00:56:36] Speaker A: Yeah. [00:56:36] Speaker B: Yep, yep. [00:56:38] Speaker C: You know, and next thing I don't know, they slid a track under the door. I looked at the track and then I'm going, man, somebody's trying to tell me something. [00:56:51] Speaker A: Just maybe, because. [00:56:53] Speaker C: Yeah, you know, I started, you know, started thinking about when I was in prison the first time. You know, I had guys coming up talking to me about Jesus and all this. And I watched them. They just used it as a game to get inside. Yeah. Get food and stuff like that. [00:57:15] Speaker B: Right. [00:57:16] Speaker C: Extra privileges, you know, and then I, then I thought about Barry Mason and then that track, you know, and I go, well, God, if you're for real, you get me out of this and I'll go back to that church that I seen Barry Mason. I didn't think anything more about it, you know, three days later, we're going in for arraignment. And since I was on that special warrant, I was the last one to go in front of the judge. So I'm sitting there listening to the judge turned out all my brothers for bond and all this, right? And you know, and my lawyer, he, you know, he, he looks over at me and he said, well, you know, you're not getting any. [00:58:20] Speaker A: Yeah, this ain't good. [00:58:20] Speaker C: Yeah, I says, yeah, I know. I'm two time convicted felon already, you know. And the judge calls me up and says, well, I've been listening to how bad you outlaws are and all this. And he said, she said, but I see you got a job and family and all this, and I'm letting you out on your own reconnaissance. [00:58:47] Speaker A: What, so did your lawyer have to, did you have to pick your lawyer up off the floor? [00:58:57] Speaker C: Well, yeah, I looked at him and I says, what did they say? Yeah, he says, you know, he was going, I don't know, but that doesn't sound right. [00:59:10] Speaker B: So. So you walked out. [00:59:12] Speaker C: So I walked out and then I. Then it snapped. Hey, you made a deal. [00:59:18] Speaker B: You better be going back to church. [00:59:20] Speaker C: You made a deal with the heavenly Father and all you did was ask him to get you out. And here you are, the only one out. [00:59:26] Speaker B: Yeah. [00:59:27] Speaker C: I said, all right, Father, you did your part. Now I got to do my part. [00:59:32] Speaker A: Yeah. [00:59:32] Speaker C: I went back to that church, ended up giving my life to the Lord, got baptized, and I come up. When I got out of that baptism, Pastor hands me this phone, right? I said, what's this? He says, just answer it as a hello. It was Barry Mason on the other end. [00:59:59] Speaker A: Wow. [00:59:59] Speaker C: Wow. [01:00:00] Speaker A: The pastor had let him know. [01:00:01] Speaker C: Yeah. [01:00:02] Speaker A: Yeah. [01:00:02] Speaker B: That's wild. [01:00:04] Speaker C: So. So I said, all right, Barry, you got to me, man. Yeah. [01:00:09] Speaker B: That's awesome. [01:00:11] Speaker A: Here's what I want to do, because we're an hour in. [01:00:13] Speaker B: Okay. [01:00:14] Speaker C: Right. And stay tuned for the second half of it, because it's going to be amazing as well. [01:00:42] Speaker B: Yeah. Yeah. And there have been so many lives changed from the second half of this story as well that you're going to want to hear this. [01:00:50] Speaker A: Yeah. So remember, this is Rick and Rob with the Nomad Pastor podcast and our brother, Little Wolf. And we just want to remind you. [01:00:56] Speaker B: To love God and love people.
